30/01/2015 ** Inspiración : Velvet ribbons in St Etienne

Siempre me han interesado las cintas y su capacidad de transformar allí donde las coloques.
Hace un tiempo visitamos un almacén que liquidaba sus cintas. Como niños en una tienda de chuches... pensamos "vamos a llevarnos todo lo que nos guste y ya veremos" al final sólo cogimos unas pocas muy bonitas que utilizamos para aplicar a unos bolsos. Había tan poca cantidad que sólo pudimos hacer unos pocos bolsos con ellas pero eran unos bolsos especiales.

Hoy quería dedicar el post a las cintas y al museo de Saint-Etienne. Nunca he estado allí pero me encantaría ir.

We've always been atracted by ribbons and their capacity to transform items. Sometime ago we visited a warehouse where they were clearing out their ribbons stock. We felt like children in a candy shop and we thought... "let's take everything we like and we'll see what we do with them" In the end we were realistic and only took a few which we applied to some bags. We couldn't make many out of it but they were so special...
